Interviewing Officer

Cmde Amit Bhandari(Retd)

Cmde Amit Bhandari, a 1982 batch officer, is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy Khadakvasla Pune. During his service career spanning 35 years, Cmde Bhandari has the unique distinction of having commanded two ships, a Helicopter squadron and the Naval Air Base at Kochi. He has over 3000 hours of flying experience and also has the unique distinction of heading the Aviation Air Wing of the Indian Coast Guard for over 6 years post 26/11. He has trained in the United Kingdom as part of the first Marine Commando Flight of the Indian Navy. On the staff side Cmde Bhandari has served as the Project Director (Unmanned Aerial vehicles) and instrumental for introduction of UAVs into the Navy and the Defence Intelligence Agency.

The Cmde was a member of the Governing Council of the Aeronautical Society of India from 2010 to 2014.

Cmde Bhandari is a DIPR qualified Interviewing Officer and has served as the President of 12 SSB at Bangalore from 2014 – 2017. The officer has assessed and coached over 5000 candidates till date.

Brig  S K  Dixit (Retd)

Brig   S K Dixit, SM, VSM (Retd), a Gunner Office, was commissioned into the Indian Army in the year 1977. The Officer during his illustrious career spanning 34 years has the distinction of having commanded two Brigades. He is DIPR Trained and has served as the Interviewing Officer with 19 SSB Allahabad for over three years. Post superannuation, the Brigadier served with the corporate sector for over three years.

Brig Dixit is very passionate in helping candidates achieve their aim of joining the Indian armed forces. He has assessed and coached over 15000 candidates.

Ground Tasking Officer

Col Rabi Mukerjee (Retd)

Col Rabi Mukerjee was commissioned into the 34 Medium (Maratha) Regt in year Dec 1988. He is an alumnus of the St Xavier’s School New Delhi and Kirori Mal College from where he did his graduation in Chemistry.

During his service spanning 31 years, he has had the opportunity of serving in the High Altitude area as well as Counter Insurgency Areas as part of the Rashtriya Rifles in South Kashmir. In addition, Col Mukerjee has the unique distinction of designing and launching the Web Portal of Kendriya Sainik Board as part of Digital India.

Col Rabi Mukerjee is DIPR Qualified and has the unique distinction of having served as the Senior GTO in two SSBs at Bhopal and Allahabad and he has assessed over 8500 candidates till date. The officer has been responsible for devising a simulated PPT for outdoor aspects, including working models and designing the outdoor tasks on the ground. 

Col Mukerjee is a keen sportsman and has an aptitude for Debates, Dramatics and Quiz. He has also taken part in the Bournvita Quiz Contest. He is an acclaimed speaker and Corporate trainer. He is a post graduate in Psychology and has also added an MBA to his repertoire.

Col Hitesh Luv (Retd)

Col Hitesh Luv was commissioned into the 9^THBnThe BIHAR Regt in the year 1982. The officer commanded 24 RR in a CI/CT environment. During his long career spanning 34 years in the Indian Army, the officer has held varied command and staff appointments. His accomplishments are many and notably among them are he has served as an Instructor at HQ Indian Military Training Team at Bhutan, coached NCC Cadets as GTO at the Indian Military Academy Dehradun, automated the Selection and Analysis Tools at Selection Centre South Bangalore and had also supervised the All India Standardisation Exercise for all Selectors of the Defence Institute of Psychological Research. In addition, He has been a Directing Staff at the JC Wing at the Army War College. Col Hitesh has also served at the Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT) Bhutan for over 2 years.

Col Hitesh is a BSc (honours) from Delhi University, PG Diploma in HRD and Defence Management from DAV Indore, and is a qualified Group Testing Officer from DIPR. He served as the GTO and also Senior GTO at Selection Centre South Bangalore. He has assessed and coached over 7500 candidates.

Gp Capt Arun Kumar Srivastava(Retd)

Gp Capt AK Srivastava was commissioned into the Education Branch of the Indian Air Force in the year 1987. The Officer did his initial schooling from Birla Vidya Mandir, Nainital under the National Scholarship Scheme. Subsequently, in 1985 he did his post-graduation in Psychology from Deen Dayal Upadhya University, Gorakhpur and obtained a first class.

Gp Capt Srivastava has served as the Academic Head and Commanding Officer of NCC units of Sainik School Imphal and Kapurthala, also been the Executive Director of Air Force School Bangalore, Senior Directing Staff at Education Branch at Air Force Academy Hyderabad and has the distinction of also serving as the Chief Instructor of Non-Technical Training at Institute of Airmen Training School Sambra, Belgaum.

The Group Capt has served as a selector for a record period of 13 years. He was the Psychologist at the Mysore and Varanasi SSBs and also served at the Central Airmen Selection Board, New Delhi. Till date, the officer has assessed and mentored more than 20000 candidates.

Gp Capt Srivastava has a flair for writing and has authored a book which deals with conceptual clarity of the three testing techniques at SSB titled “Aham, Aavaam Vayam” meaning “I, We two, We in a Group”.

Mathematics

Mr B Das.

Mr Bhim Das is a Graduate from Delhi University, Post Graduate from SU, BSc (H) LN MU and a B.Ed CRSU (Har) in Maths and Physical Science. Mr Das has over 17 years of experience in teaching Maths and Physical Science. He has been coaching candidates for competitive examinations for over 17 years. Amongst the notable assignments, he has done competitive coaching in KD Campus, and Thimmaya Academy. In addition he also served at RVS Vikaspuri and HKPS School Dwarka for over 12 years. He has been working as a Mathematics instructor in KD Campus New Delhi and also teaches in RVS Vikaspuri New Delhi.

Physics

Mr Nitya Nand Singh

Mr Nitya Nand Singh is a reputed and well known teacher of Physics in Delhi. He is BSc in Physics from LS College Muzaffarpur and a Post Graduate (Physics) from AN College Patna. He has done many Certification courses, notably NLP and Memory Technique, Business Management (PACE) and English Interactive from the British Council. He has vast teaching experience of 19 years and has been involved in competitive coaching for last 19 years. Earlier in his career he has worked in a number of schools notably being Rich Harvest Public School and Andhra Education Society School New Delhi. He has a flair for Physics and has been instrumental in developing many study packages for the benefit of the children.

Mr Parvesh Kumar

Mr Parvesh Kumar is a teacher of Officers Intelligence Reasoning Test. He is a BCA from Vinayaka Mission University and has been coaching candidates for Competitive examination for the last 12 years.

English

Mrs DG Agnihotri

Mrs Agnihotri, MA M.Ed in English, is an Ex Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. She is a Post Graduate Diploma in English & Foreign Language from erstwhile Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages University Hyderabad. In addition she is a Master Trainer in English language and has over 35 years work experience.

General Studies

Miss Porshiya Singh

Miss Porshiya Singh did her schooling from Carmel Convent Nahan and APS Nahan. She is a Graduate from Govt Post Graduate College Nahan and did her Post Graduation in Political Science from Delhi University. She has a work experience of one year coaching candidates in Competitive examination.
